Government Assistance (food)/Meals on a Budget

Use this short slide deck to go over what government assistance programs can help with, specifically food. A budgeting activity is included that can demonstrate how to make a $5 meal for 4 people using a grocery store's website.

I've used this lesson for Counseling and mental health which leads to nutrition. I use the meals that my students list in the food lab for cooking days.
