Google Sheets ™︱Digital Parent Conference Scheduler

This editable Google sheet can be used in several ways:

• Share access with parents/households & they will be able to request times and have them appear live. This creates easy scheduling for me without time conflicts. For parents that are not as familiar with Google apps, I do some basic parent education, or I enter the times they request directly onto the document
• Share access with front desk personnel. This makes it easy for parents to check in and be directed to your classroom to meet.
• Block out times when you have classes in session, other meetings, or need time for prep!
• Checklist: check off students as you schedule them & confirm times for your own accounting
• Use students numbers for student privacy depending on your site's practices

I create tabs on the bottom to schedule conferences for each semester and to keep an archive. I create a new copy each school year. This is just how I personally manage conferences, but feel free to make adjustments to fit your classroom needs!
