My students struggled with naming lines and angles when we started the geometry unit. I created this guide as a reference tool for them to make sure they are naming the geometry attributes correctly!

This aligns with 4th-grade CCLS 4.G.1, however, high school Geometry students can use it as a refresher!

Lines are taken to lines, and line segments to line segments of the same length.
Angles are taken to angles of the same measure.
Parallel lines are taken to parallel lines.
