Children design their own town using the buildings and houses provided. The towns can be used for pair discussion and also as inspiration for writing. Children learn to use the phrases in aice leis, idir, os comhair, taobh thiar de, ar imeall an bhaile agus i lár an bhaile. This resource links very well with the theme 'Sa Bhaile' and can also be used for teaching about places in the town.
