Description
This is a fun Groundhog Day activity that requires no prep. Just print and use! Students will complete a tri-fold brochure by reading about Groundhog Day and Punxsutawney Phil. They also get to add some of their own information.
Tasks include writing facts about groundhogs, using a calendar, and using a map. A QR code is included so they can watch this year’s celebration at Gobbler’s Knob. After watching (or researching it), they will write down Phil’s prediction in their brochure.
A digital version of this activity is also included through TpT’s Easel feature.
