GRIT Assessment Rubric for Project Based Learning.

I was looking for a way to assess PBL-type activities that I could use over and over and not have to make a new assessment rubric each time I was teaching a new project. I heard a podcast using GRIT as the acronym for assessment - which I really liked, but I felt that a lot of their categories overlapped.

So I worked on this (with a bit of help from AI!) and created my own words that still worked with the acronym. I am pretty happy with the resulting rubric.

But feel free to recommend edits if you have some better ideas!

I have not put names for the different levels as each school seems to have its own category titles! So feel free to add your own.

I have sectioned the pages so that they can be used in different ways. I hope it is useful!
