Fun in the Sun School-Age Summer Camp Lesson Plan

Fun in the Sun is a robust school-age unit steeped in activities that enable children to challenge themselves, experiment, and transform information into meaningful content and skills. Children will “shine brightly” as they use scientific thinking, inquiry, and discovery! While the curriculum incorporates many different Pennsylvania Learning Standards, it focuses on the key learning area of "Approaches to Learning through Play.” Specifically, children will learn to engage in learning activities that meet the PA Standard Areas of Constructing, Organizing, and Applying Knowledge.
