Fun Phonics Level 1 Handwriting Journals

These Fun Phonics handwriting journals are great for morning work, centers, homework, or review! You can staple the pages together to make a journal for each student or print one page at a time! This product includes one handwriting journal that aligns with every unit of the Level 1 Fun Phonics curriculum. Each journal includes one page for each day of the Fun Phonics unit.

The Unit 1 journal includes pages for students to color a letter character, trace the letter, write the letter, and say the letter-keyword-sound chant.

The Unit 2 journal includes 1 sentence for each day where students will read the sentence, circle trick words, trace the sentence, write the sentence, tap out CVC words, and illustrate the sentence.

The journals for Units 3-11 include 1 sentence per day where students will read the sentence, circle trick words, trace the sentence, write the sentence, mark up decodable words, and illustrate the sentence.

The journal for Unit 14 includes 1 sentence for students to read and write (no tracing), 4 review words to read and mark up, and a place to illustrate the sentence.
