Ways to use: I use this PowerPoint Slides to drill sounds at the beginning of my phonis lessons. Or during any downtime in the day. Just present and play!
PowerPoint – I have made 3 PPT versions for your convenience.
5 Second Version – Once you click the present mode, the PPT will run automatically with a 5 second delay between each slide.
10 Second Version – Once you click the present mode, the PPT will run automatically with a 10 second delay between each slide.
Click through Version – Once in present mode, you can click through each slide.
PDF- Click through – Click through pages while presenting to your students.
Print – Print and go option
Digital Distance Learning:
OPTION 1: Use the PowerPoint to send to your students through your school online portal. Student will then begin the slide show and say the drills out load.
OPTION 2: Record Audio on each slide of you (the teacher) stating each sound drill. How to record audio on a PowerPoint HERE. Then send to your students.
You can customize your presentation by rearranging slides or copying specific slides to a new slideshow, and by changing the transitions to suite your instructional needs.
There is no sound. (although here is a video on how to add audio) The purpose of the quick drill is for the students to recite the letter name and sound, or letter name, keyword, and sound.
