Description

This excerpt from "Fun ACT Prep: Skill by Skill" breaks down the reading skill of main idea. Students will practice the skill in the context of a high-interest passage about uncommon fears modeled after the ACT, then reflect upon their learning by reviewing the answer key and explanations. The skill will be reinforced with reflective questions, and students' ACT knowledge is strengthened with "Test Tips."
