• 20 comprehension questions in multiple choice and full sentences
• Word fun
• Drawing fun
• Sentence fun
• Answer sheets for the comprehension questions and word fun.
PART 1 – 20 Comprehension Questions in chronological order with a few general questions.
• I have made two sets of questions for differentiation. One set is multiple-choice for the lower level students, and the other one for the upper level students by writing full sentence answers. The multiple choice questions have also worked well with my ESL students.
PART 2 – Writing
• Word Fun - There is a word bank with 16 words related to the movie to use in this part. For the first section students to unscramble the words from the word bank. Next is drawing a line through the letters spelling one of the words. Last of all is answering questions to find the words.
• Drawing Fun – Students are to draw 5 pictures of characters from the movie. They need to use one of the letters from the name in the drawing. The first one has been started for them using the letter 'O'
• Sentence Fun – Students have two tasks to do on this page. The first is writing sentences using the letters from the word 'FROZEN', which need to be related to the movie. The first one has been done as an example. Next is writing about 3 feelings; happy, sad and excited, and when they felt that way while watching the movie.
This movie is about two princess sisters, Elsa and Anna who lose their parents when they are still young. When the newly crowned Queen Elsa accidentally uses her power to turn things into ice to curse her home in infinite winter, her sister, Anna, teams up with a mountain man, his playful reindeer, and a snowman to change the weather condition.

How can movies help students learn English?
Learning from movies is motivating and enjoyable
- Sometimes students need a change in style, and movies are generally an integral
part of a student's life.
Movies provides authentic and varied language
- It's always a good idea to introduce students examples of English in real
situations. This includes accents different to your own.
Movies gives a visual context
- This gives the student the ability to interpret the language in full visual context.
To see such visual supports as facial expressions and gestures simultaneously.
Variety and flexibility
- Movies can also act as a springboard for follow-up tasks such as discussions,
debates on social issues, role plays, reconstructing a dialogue or summarising.
