Make practising high-frequency words fun and easy for your students with these printable word cards! This product is ideal for your Pre-K/Kindergarten/Grade 1 French classroom as part of your literacy program.

Each card includes a high-frequency word, a pronunciation guide of that word, and the translation of the word in English. As the majority of my students' parents do not speak French, they have expressed appreciation of any pronunciation/translation guide that I send home. These cards have helped English-speaking parents practise their child's words and even look at easy readers with them at home.

In addition, these cards can be used in-class as a reading assessment and as formative assessment to monitor student learning.

This product also now contains an EDITABLE version of the cards so that you can include your own words!

I'd recommend printing these on brightly coloured paper to enhance the look of the product. Printing on card stock and then laminating is also a great way to have your product last for years to come!
