Description
Use this spreadsheet to stay organized this year! This is an at-a-glance resource to house all of your students' IEP and 504 accommodations in one resource. Use this before, during, and after planning. It's also a great resource to have at meetings.
As you go through your documentation, simply add the initials of your students in the colored boxes and then go through the accommodations, adding a simple X in each box for the applicable ones. I started an example for you. Color-coding comes in handy if you have multiple preps. I assign a color to each class period. I also put a star next to students with 504 just to differentiate them from the IEPs.
