FRANKENSTEIN end of the novel activity that tests reading comprehension
THIS IS PART OF A BUNDLE:
FRANKENSTEIN ACTIVITIES BUNDLE
Looking for a fun yet challenging activity for FRANKENSTEIN? Look no further than FRANKENSTEIN BINGO! There are several ways to use these cards besides traditional bingo:
- Engage the entire class by randomly choosing an image; students receive points for the correct answer. For instance, point to the first image, the first student to explain where a reference to the “LAND OF MIST AND SNOW” appears would receive points.
- Students could choose five to 10 images from their bingo card and explain what the images refer to in the novel. Their answers should include page numbers to prevent them from looking things up online.
- Students may work together and see which group finishes identifying the images in their cards first.
- Assign students a bingo card for homework. Depending on the required work, have them identify all the images or choose five to 10 images. Assign different images to friends, so they do not work together.
- Bingo cards may also be an extra credit opportunity for early finishers.
