Nearpod lnteractive lesson for Fractions in a Set for 3rd Grade.

This resource in Google Slides™ contains different questions for an introduction to fractions in a set (denominators: 2,3,4,6,8) in conjunction with Nearpod.

These activities can be used with the "live lesson" mode in Nearpod or the "self-paced" mode depending on if you have exposed students to fraction vocabulary previously.

Slides include:

Slide 1: Title page

Slide 2: Draw It: Students can use a digital pen or text box to label the Numerator and Denominator

Slides 3-8: Draw It: Students can use a digital pen or text box to name the fraction that the set is showing.

Slide 9: Match It: Students match the picture of different fraction sets to their correct fraction. (3 sets)

Slide 10: TIME TO CLIMB! (The students LOVE this one!!!) Students will choose an avatar to race to the top by answering 3 fraction questions (2 vocabulary and 1 fraction set). ***This is only available on the Nearpod version- NOT the Google Slides Version.***
