Find the the fraction of the whole number! Great for mental math!
Each SCOOT task card gives students a whole number, that they must find find the fractional part to. Cards are set in sets of four, with the same denominator so students can pick up patterns. Includes 30 SCOOT task cards, answer key, and recording sheet.
This activity will allow students to learn and get moving at the same time!! Students will play SCOOT!! Moving around the room to find task cards and answering questions.
Activity can be done whole class, small groups or as a stationary center. Perfect activity to boost excitement about learning fractional parts of a whole number
