Description
Have your students use this template to create a fraction kite spring craft! It is great review for fractions and a fun way to welcome spring! The template provides a 25 x 25 grid of squares and students can color them 4-5 different colors. Then they can name the color squares as fractions. For example 3/25 blue, etc. They can write their fractions in the cloud they cut out from the template. There are also 3 bow ties provided in the template. I cut out thin strips of construction paper and curled them with a scissor to provide the kite tails for the students' kites.
