Fraction Cards and Activity Sheets

Learning about fractions requires a lot of practice! I print out two complete sets of these fraction cards on colored cardstock paper for each of the tables in my classroom. I laminate the cards and keep them in plastic soap bar holders. Card sets can also be kept in a plastic bag.

There are sheets that can be projected or printed onto colored paper for different fraction practice activities. These can be done as morning work or as practice after a math lesson. I have also used them as center activities in the classroom. For centers, you can print a set of fraction cards and a project sheet and store them in large plastic bags.

These cards can be used in many different ways in the classroom! You can come up with your own fraction activities as well. One of my students’ favorite activities is for me to choose a card and have them pick a card that is greater than, less than, or equal to my card.
