4 step sequencing cards / story boards

These 4 (four) step sequencing cards / story boards are designed to help children learn to sequence events and while developing essential oral language skills. This pack contains 8 four step sequencing cards and matching 4 step sequencing boards. Each of the sequencing stories relates to daily tasks to enable children to relate the activity to real life experiences.
This set matches set three of my ‘3 STEP’ sequencing series which you can view HERE.
The 4 step version contains the same images as 3 step, but with an additional sequencing picture – great for a differentiated curriculum and also a wonderful way to monitor student progress throughout the year.
These 4 step sequencing stories are great for children on targeted / individual education plans and are wonderful for developing oral language skills when used as a ‘sequence and tell’ activity.
Each story comes in a color and black and white option.
The 4 step sequencing stories include:
- Making a sandwich
- Washing a dog
- Doing the laundry
- Making a sundae
- Making a bed
- Making breakfast
- Making pizza
- Doing the dishes
The color/colour matching story boards enable children to work independently on the sequencing task and makes them great for literacy centers. The title of the sequencing story is located on the top left hand side for ease during pack away and set up.
Each story comes in a color and black and white option. This pack contains both US and Australian A4 sized files for ease of printing.
