This is a data tracking tool that I use when testing student reading levels.
This is for the Fountas and Pinnell (Kit 2 L-Z) Reading Assessments.
Inside you will find 4 different excel sheets to track your students.
Term Tracker:
This sheet allows you to track Fountas & Pinnell tests by term (4 terms).
You can document each test if you test once a term, or you can document the latest if you test more than once.
Individual Test Tracker x 2:
This sheet allows you to track Fountas & Pinnell tests by each test.
There is space for 10 tests per student. 2 Variations
Individual Student Tracker:
Copy this sheet for each student. Rename the sheet to a student name.

The cells are drop down options and will allow you to select the options. This is not a calculator, it is a way to monitor, document and track your data.
Cells highlight based on values selected. These have been based on a variety of sources.
If you would like the red, yellow, green highlights to occur for different values (e.g based on your school requirements), please contact me and I can alter them.
