Fountas & Pinnell reading levels K-P: Teaching skills and strategies

These helpful teaching cards lay out what the student needs, to be able to read Fountas and Pinnell levels from K-P. Each card shows what strategies/skills the teacher or adult will teach to support the student and help them grow and move forward in their reading. These cards can be color coded based on reading level or used as checklists for assessment of what skills and strategies a student has learned or needs. The cards can be used for guided reading groups, interventions or mini lessons. For each reading level, skills and strategies are broken down by: Phonics, Reading Strategy Instruction, Fluency, Comprehension, Read Alouds, and Writing
