These cards are a great way to teach children all about syllables

If you're looking for syllable division activities and great ways to help your children understand the syllables within words, this counting game is perfect for you. The simple activity is made for children to count the syllables in a variety of words as part of a board game. Included is a game board, and more importantly, 20 word cards with words ranging from one syllable to five syllables.

This activity will help your students practice counting syllables and are great to create some excitement around the topic. twenty cards are included and each one features a different football-themed word. To complete the activity, your students need to count how many syllables each word has and put it on (or above) the corresponding number.

-Syllable division activities are not always fun for learners, and tha’t why I made different themes including: animals( kangaroo, penguin) sports(football), food(fruits and vegetables) and others.
