Food Truck Marketing Research Project (Notes + Instructions + Rubric)

Marketing research is gathered and analyzed to help businesses make decisions. In this project students will learn first-hand, how to create and conduct a survey for a food truck business of their creation. This no-prep lesson comes with 15 slides of content covering the marketing research process, plus project instructions and a grading rubric to assess mastery. In this project students will create an infographic to report their findings. Take it a step further, and have students present their findings to the class as if they are investors.

This project allows the flexibility for you to select your own programs for the survey and infographic creation steps. I like to create surveys in Google Forms™ and infographics in Canva™. Further, I prefer to have students work in small groups to complete the project. 

This activity is meant to accompany any of the other food truck activities sold in the Business Girl store. You can save $$$ by purchasing this project as part of the Food Truck Simulation Semester Project. This lesson is fully EDITABLE. To expand your lesson on management functions, pair this product with the Focus Group Simulation.
