Food Lab Cleaning Grading Rubric and Spreadsheet

I always had a hard time figuring out how to grade food labs. One of the ways I decided that I would hold my students accountable would be on how well they cleaned up after themselves. This spreadsheet gives you an easy rubric to follow and keep track of cleaning grades based off of lab groups in a classic home economics style kitchen.
