Food Allergy Printables Kit: Wallet Card and Classroom Poster [Customizable]

Food allergies are on the rise, and allergy reactions can be life-threatening. Make sure kids know what their allergies are and what to do in case they accidentally ingest an allergen.

This product has two parts:

• A foldable wallet card that includes the individual's food allergies in picture form, plus space for emergency contact information, medical information, and what to do if the allergen is ingested. The product is in PowerPoint form and can be customized with the included images and text of 20 common and less-common allergens. Additionally, there are two text options: "My Food Allergies" and "My Food Restrictions." This card can be a great stepping stone to self-advocacy for younger children or individuals with disabilities.
• A classroom poster that states which allergens are not allowed in a classroom. This is also customizable with the included images and text of 20 allergens.

This product is in PowerPoint format and can be easily customized by dragging the relevant images onto the card and the poster. Instructions are included.
