Does your student need help following directions. Our Following Directions lesson focuses on what steps are required in following directions. They watch some videos about how important following directions are to get what you want. We play a following directions game, freeze dance and more!

Our Behavior lessons are the most important part of everything that we do at Mr. Tom’s ABA Lessons, LLC. Our Lessons are designed to last an hour (or slightly longer depending on how much talking you do with your students. They are broken up into multiple short and very different activities to keep you students interested for the entire hour that you are working with them. We first start by doing a more preschool, – 1st grade lesson with them: hello song, weather, calendar, and some interactive educational based concepts. After that we get into the behavior aspects to the lessons. We watch a short videos or popular cartoons which is based on the concept we are working. These videos model the behaviors that we are working on in fun way for the students. Then we do some sort of game based on the video or topic of the day, watch another video then read our behavior story. After the behavior story there is a break. We finish with a final turn taking game and a then the goodbye song.

Each theme is made up of three sessions all of which are about an hour in length. The first two weeks have different videos, stories, games and activities. The third is a review of the first two sessions.

Your students can request a two-minute break whenever they want. It works great with a reward chart to help with attention if needed. Each slide has notes included with it to help you talk about the main point of the slide.
