Fluency Pockets and Bookmark

In my classroom, we practice fluency daily with word lists, phrases, and passages. The students keep the measures in pockets that are glued in to their reading notebook. Each measure has a graph on the back to track progress and 3 holes. At the end of each week, we take the old graphs, put them in our data binder, and fill out fluency pockets with the new week's measures.
