Description
The FIVE YEAR PLAN asks students to visualize their first five years after high school and answer things about how they want their life to look. They will answer questions like “where will you live?,” “where will you work?,” “Will you be in school/training?,” and “Will you make any large purchases?” They will also make a SMART goal for each year to help them make a plan for attaining the things they want. This works for all students, regardless of whether they are college bound or going straight to the workforce. I also love how much I get to know my students through this activity! This resource can be used digitally (Google Doc template students can edit) or it can be printed off for students to fill in by hand. This is a no-prep product; just post or print and go! It would be perfect for independent research, distance learning, or sub plans.
