This is a graphic organizer that can be used for writing a 5 paragraph essay or a research paper.
The last 2 pages offer an organizer for the sources used for research and details on how the References page or Bibliography page should be organized.
Students can take notes on the back of the page that lists the info needed from sources and they will have the source information ready to plug into a citation generator.
