Description

This is designed as a tiered ability Circuit Training exercise that the only equipment you will need will be Jump Ropes and Steps/Bleachers (however, you can just remove those from the rotation.) Each exercise includes at least 2 variations or modifications to each exercise, and the basic cues to each exercise. It also includes pictures of each.

It includes: Push-Ups, Jump Rope, Plank, Ski Jump, Step Ups, Crunches, Hamstring Stretch, Core/Back Strength Exercises, Lunges and two rest stations.

After explaining each exercise, I just post them around the gym and students rotate around using a timer.
