First Nations and European Explorers Research Project + rubric

This is the perfect end of unit research project for the Unit on First Nations and European Explorers. This is a project outline - research materials are at the discretion of the teacher based on availability of books/technology. Students research a First Nations group, a European Explorer, the interactions between the First Nations and European Explorers, and the reasons for exploration. Presentation format choice is left up to the students, but can be presented in a slide show, on a poster, in a diarama -the choices are endless!
