The first day of school is a big day for every student. Teaching students classroom expectations and addressing first day nerves should be taught from day 1. This lesson is NOT included in the behavior basics curriculum, this is a stand alone extension lesson.
The lesson includes social narratives, visual supports, discussion questions, coloring pages, interactive notebook pages, assessment questions, focus board pieces.
