Fine and Gross Motor Skills Activity Stations for Child Development

Looking for a fun way to demonstrate the difference between fine and gross motor skills in your Child Development class? These TEN activity stations are a great way to either introduce or review examples of fine and gross motor skills. Also, I created these activities with the simplest materials ever.

Here is the list of materials you will need in order to complete all 10 stations:

• tape to put on the floor (I use masking tape)
• blank pieces of paper
• markers
• popsicle sticks
• buttons, beads, pom poms, etc. (something colorful and small in abundance)
• stapler
• plastic or paper plate
• tennis ball, stress ball, etc.

That's it! No bulky or large objects that you have to tote from home or purchase.

• A script of instructions to tell the students
