Not sure how to collect and organize student data on fine motor goals? This Fine Motor Memory Book Bundle will help you plan and prepare your fine motor center in a flash for the entire school year while also allowing you to easily collect data and create adorable memory books for Open House.
This resource can be used as a cute activity book, a memory book (parents love them), and as an informal assessment tool. The resource is intended to be used in preschool classrooms and/or moderate to severe elementary special education classrooms. This product reviews basic skills such as cutting, tracing, coloring, and gluing. It also incorporates fun art activities, such as painting, handprint art, and paint dotters. This is the perfect resource to use for a paraprofessional ran or independent art and fine motor center.

The letters in the left hand corner of each page “I,” “G,” “PP,” and “FP” stand for “Independent,” “Gestural,” “Partial Physical,” and “Full Physical.” The teacher or paraprofessional can indicate the amount of prompting that was needed to complete each task. This helps you get to know your students at the beginning of the school year and track progress throughout the school year. I have included a prompting key, check-off sheets, and data sheets to make this resource even easier to implement!
Students will love creating beautiful memory books each month, and you will love having data collection taken care of!
The activity book can be used with the Target paper books that you can find in the Dollar Spot ($3 for 8 books). With that said, they can be used independently without those books.
