Finding the Theme Group Scoot Game (3rd-5th grades)

This fun cooperative group "scoot" game will have students identifying common themes in familiar stories! Students will be asked to work cooperatively as a team to find key details as evidence to help them correctly identify which theme the particular story card represents. Directly aligned to the common core standard: RL.4.2. (Determine a theme of a story, drama, or poem from details in the text), this is one of my students’ all time favorite activities to do! Enjoy! ☺
