This equivalent fraction activity includes:
- Identifying equivalent fractions can be challenging for students of all ages and grade levels. For differentiated instruction, there are 16 task cards and two difficulty levels.
- The fraction questions are the same for each level.
- The first level of this activity is in a multiple-choice format and provides the student with the whole fraction to multiply to find the equivalent fraction.
- The difficulty level increases in the second level when the student finds the equivalent fractions without hints of multiplying the whole fraction.
