Financial Literacy Unit: Spending (Consumer Skills and Habits)

Perhaps the most enduring lesson students can take from their time in high school is how to manage their finances as they enter their next step in life. This financial literacy series is designed to equip them with all the information they will need to be financially successful--whatever that means for them!

This product, Spend, is designed to teach students how to be responsible and savvy consumers that are aware of the forces working against them and their interests. The slides, student work packet, and discussion questions are designed to teach students about their lifelong role as consumers and how they can go about that role best. It includes an accompanying student work packet to follow the class slides.
