What educators are saying

Great and thorough resource. I used it (and others from the collection) to enhance my film studies unit with my grade 9 art students. Thank you!

Description

Middle School-appropriate version of my popular Film Studies course, now revised and revamped to meet the needs of 6-9 teachers. Film clips chosen with the middle school student in mind. This slide show presents the topic of lighting and color in film, and includes documentaries and tutorials, as well as film clips from "Mildred Pierce," "Manhattan," "Amadeus," "Hairspray," "Do the Right Thing," "Pleasantville," "Amélie," and "Corpse Bride," and "The Wizard of Oz," as well as a quiz. 20 videos are all accessible via the web. Password for web access is on the last slide.
