Description

This lift-a-flap-style calming strategies printable gives students the opportunity to identify the physiological signs of 11 emotions (angry, embarrassed, sad, shy, scared, worried, surprised, confused, happy, excited, & proud). On the top page, students write their unique physiological experiences. Lift the flap and reveal calming strategies and stress management techniques for managing the experience. These are perfect for individual counseling, small group counseling, or classroom guidance lessons to explore feelings and coping skills.

Each emotion comes in color or black/white and experiences/strategies already identified and blank.
