Fear, Sadness, Anger, and Worry are all common feelings among students, but they don't always know what it is or how to explain it. Instead, they internalize it and we see this chronic stress take hold of them with physical symptoms.

These 4 sheets will help students to recognize what they're feeling and give them some empowerment on how to handle it and reassure them that it's okay to tell. In fact, there is even a space to add photos of "safe" people from your school.
