Famous Black Women of History Scavenger Hunt - Montessori Writing Activity

This Scavenger Hunt is a dynamic and interactive writing activity designed for preschoolers/early elementary students, perfect for celebrating Black History Month and Women's History Month.

Activity Overview:

Each student is provided with paper featuring pictures of five famous black women, a clipboard and pencil. The challenge is to roam around the classroom, matching the images to their corresponding names and pictures posted around the room (it is up to you on how challenging you would like to make this. But for younger students it is always good to keep them at eye-level or below.) Once a match is found, students copy down the name on tracing lines provided next to the picture on their sheet.
