Fair Games!! An Awesome PE Throwing Lesson and Printable Station Signs
Description
This Throwing Activity is such a CLASSIC!
It's the culminating activity for my throwing unit every year.
When my kids walk into the gym and see that we are doing the Fair Games activity they always scream with delight and say "Oh YES! I love doing this!"
It's a super fun lesson that involves lots of self directed student activity and provides lots of different ways to practice throwing skills.
The Download Includes:
- Fair Games Lesson Plan (PDF) - 7 pages of explanation and detailed variations and things to think about for each grade level
- Fair Games Setup (PDF) - Pictures of setup and equipment I use, although you'll probably need to get creative since we won't have the exact same equipment
- 15 Fair Games Station Signs (PDF) - print these to give your students directions at each station for the rules of the game how much it cost and how to win.
