FRENCH Measurement Unit Plan - Grade 2

• Choosing benchmarks that closely resemble a metre and a centimetre
• Selecting and justifying the appropriate unit of measure to use when measuring a variety of objects (either centimetres or metres)
• Describing the relationship between the size of a unit and the number of units needed to measure an object
