FRENCH Adjectives for Descriptive Writing - Les adjectifs

Students struggling to make their writing more creative, vivid, and interesting? Mine too. By explicitly teaching your students about adjectives and how to use them, your students will create more exciting writing pieces! Here's what's included in this product! There's a "TIPS" page within this document to give you a better idea on how you can use the various components of this product.

1) Illustrated Word Cards/Strips - There are 60 illustrated cards in this product, as well as 2 posters containing the colours in case you don't want to print all the colour strips separately. A useful display in your classroom or helpful addition to your existing word wall!

2) Missing some? No problem! The editable template will allow you to type up any that I might have forgotten!

3) Stock Photos - There are 4 Stock photos in this product to get your students brainstorming various adjectives to describe the scenarios. Project them on the whiteboard for all to see and write down the adjectives they come up with. Use the adjectives brainstormed to enhance their writing by using the corresponding template for each photo. You can also print and laminate these photos instead and have students brainstorm with sticky notes! Contains FOUR Writing Templates with 2 types of line spacing, extra writing pages, and postcards.

4) Adjective Practice Task Cards - This set of 16 cards contains 4 different activities to have your students practice adjectives (identifying them within a sentence, describing images with them, using them in the right context, and identifying them among other parts of speech). Have your students record their answers on the provided recording sheet. Don't worry. There's an answer sheet provided so that you don't have to think too much!
