Need more practice multiplying and dividing fractions?
This bundle includes 3 ways for your students to practice and master the skill of Multiplying and Dividing Fractions:
BINGO: Print and laminate the 35 included Bingo cards and then project slides showing different representations of multiplying and dividing fractions. Students will complete the multiplication or division operation on the projection and then cover the correct answer on their Bingo cards. Illustrations on slides represent:
multiplying whole numbers by fractions,
multiplying fractions by whole numbers
dividing whole numbers by fractions,
dividing fractions by whole numbers,
My students beg to play, and while playing they'll complete more fractions operations in this simple game than they would on any worksheet. Before using as a Bingo game slides make great instructional representations of multiplying and dividing fractions. After playing Bingo once, a few days later we review again by racing to find answers. Both ways are a great review of multiplying and dividing fractions!
TASK CARDS: Students will use models on Task Cards to determine the multiplication or division equation and solve. They may use the QR Code on each card to check their own answers. Or, pass cards around your classroom from one student to another and students will record the represented equation on the included answer sheet. Both ways are great reviews of Multiplying and Dividing Fractions!
Also included is a set of 4 worksheets for independent practice of multiplying and dividing decimals.
