Description

Your students will be challenged with this fun and creative group project. Students will work with groups to create a large position-paper poster project about the Federalists or Anti-Federalists to be able to understand the ideologies related to the ratification of the Constitution. Both printable and digital versions are included.

After groups create their projects students will participate in a gallery walk of the projects while completing a Venn diagram taking note of the similarities and differences between the Federalists & Anti-Federalists.

You can then check for comprehension by completing the fun and interactive game: "Quote SmackDown".

As a formative assessment students complete a paragraph summary explaining the differences between the groups. A paragraph template with sentence frames is provided to help struggling writers and English Language Learners.

Both printable and digital versions are included. Both teacher and student directions are included. Share the resources with your students via Google or Google Classroom. Students will be able to type directly into the document.*
