What educators are saying

This activity is perfect to use with my students who are working on expressively and receptively identifying actions!

Description

Use a autumn theme to learn, identify & use new verb vocabulary with these colorful & engaging digital task cards. Boom Cards™ are a fun and easy way for your students or clients to practice new vocabulary and concepts! This can be used in teletherapy OR in person. This deck focuses on present tense verb vocabulary, but you can scaffold all tenses if you’d like!

TO PLAY, students choose/click on their answer from a field of 2 or 3 choices to identify the action being targeted. Wiggles and noises let the child know if they are correct!

► Then each card as another opportunity (at the bottom) to verbally (or with AAC) complete another language task like naming an actions, answering a question, or demonstrating the actions depicted.

► Each card has an additional language task in addition to identifying the verb. I hope this makes this deck even more useful and versatile for your therapy.

► I also love using them for describing, for taking data on articulation in conversation and other narrative and expressive skills.

⭐ Play the first 4 cards of the deck HERE, view the preview, and watch the video to get a closer look.

➜ For students or clients you are treating through distance learning, simply use during teletherapy or send them a short link and they can play instantly on any smart phone, tablet, or computer using a modern browswer. Learn how HERE! For school use, they also play on smart boards!

⚠️PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this deck, you will be given a LINK in the document you download that will guide you how to effortlessly redeem your BOOM CARD™ purchase. You will NOT be given a set of printable cards in pdf format.
