What educators are saying

Great presentation. Had to make very little changes in terms of the layout. It was packed with great examples and information.
Excelente para el comienzo de fotografía básica. A mis estudiantes les encanto por los ejercicios que se mostraban con cada época.

5 More "student activity" slides to drive learning!

Don't lecture your students about the History of Photography! Let them EXPLORE the History of Photography with this student-centered learning activity.

In this lesson, students will understand how photography has changed over history as both an art, a document, and as a personal keepsake. Through hands-on exercises, students will explore the medium of photography as its uses have changed beginning in the late 1800’s to present day. Students will begin practicing writing about photography in guided mini-lessons and also write a rubric to judge future assignments.

The Student Activity Guide makes it perfect for student-directed learning, distance learning, project-based learning, and homeschool curriculums. Though it is written for grades 7-12, it can be modified for the elementary levels.
