    Description

    Use this daily yearlong executive functioning check-in journal yearlong bundle to give an emotion regulation check-in every day while also integrating other executive functioning skills including planning, organization, time management, attention, more. This journal is both digital for Google Slides and printable! This gives teachers the option to use in person or for the digital classroom. Each page includes 4 sections to help students start their day off on a positive note.

    YEARLONG BUNDLE

    This set is a yearlong bundle. It contains 175 daily executive functioning check-in pages filled with skill instruction for the entire school year. Note that this previously was a growing bundle but all sets are now currently added!

    This yearlong bundle set contains:

    Each Day Includes:

    1. Emotions Check-In: In this section of the daily check-in, students will say how they are feeling and share any other thoughts on their mind.

    2. Plan Your Day: Students will list out their daily schedule for the day or identify some goals to get them get started in an organized way.

    3. EF Skill: Here students will learn a executive functioning skill. These are skills that will help them in everyday life (see list below).

    4. Brain Break: This is a quick activity to help give students a positive start to the day. Some activities include mindful breathing, answering a question, or a puzzle to active the brain!
