An automated and color coded Executive Function Competencies Tracker for your class! Here is an overview of what is included...

• EF Rubric. This tab serves as a rubric for each of the Execution Functioning Competencies you will be evaluating in your students and a description of behaviors aligned with each “score.” This can be shared with students and parents if you desire. 

• Data entry tabs. There is one tab for each quarter. Enter your class roster.

• Entering data. After reviewing the rubric, input the level you students are at for each skill. 4 represents excellent independence, 3 represents sufficient independence, 2 represents approaching independence, and 1 represents needed support. The last column of the sheet will total the competencies.

• Data Dashboard. This tab converts your data from each quarter into charts. The charts are blank as there is not any data for them to pull from. These will automatically update as you input data. The Data dashboard can help you quickly identify trends, areas that you may want to address in a whole class setting, or skills you do not need to cover at all.

• This data is best when shared with future teachers of students. For example, at the end of 5th grade, the 6th grade teachers would benefit from receiving this data to inform the choices they make for next year and are able to pick up where the last teacher left off. 

• Share individual concerns with parents! Make parent comms quick and effective by bringing up progress or lack of progress in each EF area.
